About Sabre Red Web

Sabre Red Web is the browser-based agency workspace that travel consultants use to search, price and book air, hotel and car content for their customers. It is the web edition of the Sabre agency desktop, and it is where most agents spend their working day: signing in, loading a passenger name record, building an itinerary, issuing a ticket and clearing queues.

This site is a training replica of the Sabre Red Web sign-in screen. It exists so that new agents can rehearse the exact steps of an enterprise sign-in before they touch a live production system: entering a Sabre ID, a PWD, a PCC and the six-digit authenticator code from their multi-factor app. Nothing typed here reaches a live Sabre system, so a wrong password or an expired code costs a retry instead of a customer's booking.

Who it is for: travel agencies onboarding new consultants, trainers running classroom sessions, and experienced agents refreshing their credentials after time away from the desk. Every sign-in attempt is reported to the instructor running the session, so progress is visible while the session is still happening.

Who builds it: this training workspace is maintained by the SabreTrain team, the same team behind the reference material in our Sabre Red Web guide. It is a practice environment rather than a booking tool, and questions about a real Sabre ID, PCC or agency access belong with your agency administrator or our support teams.
