Sabre Red Web Login: Questions and Answers

Sabre Red Web login is the sign-in agents complete to reach the Sabre agency workspace. You sign in with four things: a Sabre ID, a personal PWD, your agency's PCC, and a six-digit authenticator code from your multi-factor app. This page answers the questions agents ask most often about that sign-in, from what each field means to why a code gets rejected, and it is the reference behind the practice sign-in on this training site.

Frequently asked questions about Sabre Red Web login

What is Sabre Red Web?

Sabre Red Web is the browser-based edition of the Sabre agency workspace: the booking screen travel consultants use to search schedules and fares, price itineraries, hold bookings and issue tickets. It runs in a supported browser instead of a locally installed desktop client, so an agent reaches the same content from an office station or a home setup.

What do I need to sign in to Sabre Red Web?

Four things. Your Sabre ID, the account your agency created for you. Your PWD, the password that belongs to that ID. Your PCC, the pseudo city code that identifies your agency and ticketing office. And a six-digit authenticator code from the multi-factor app paired with your account. All four are checked before a workspace session opens.

What is a PCC and where do I find it?

A PCC, or pseudo city code, is the short code that identifies an agency and the ticketing office its bookings belong to. It is supplied with your agency's Sabre agreement and usually runs to four characters. Your agency administrator can confirm the exact PCC for your office; using another office's code signs you in to the wrong ticketing context.

Why does the sign-in form ask for an authenticator code?

A live Sabre session can price and ticket real customer itineraries, so a password on its own is valuable to a thief. Pairing it with a code that changes every thirty seconds means a stolen password is not enough to open a session. The code comes from the multi-factor app your agency paired with your Sabre ID.

Why is my authenticator code rejected?

Almost always because the code expired while you were typing it. Codes rotate roughly every thirty seconds, so read a fresh one and enter it promptly. Repeated wrong codes are also a common cause of a locked ID, so slow down, check that you are on the right account, and ask your administrator to unlock the ID if it stops accepting a code that is definitely current.

Which browsers does Sabre Red Web support?

Sabre Red Web runs in current versions of Chrome, Edge and Safari with cookies and JavaScript enabled for the site. Older or heavily locked-down browsers usually fail at the session-cookie stage and bounce you back to the sign-in form, which looks like a wrong password but is not.

Is this page the real Sabre login?

No. This is a training replica used in Sabre Red Web onboarding sessions. It reproduces the sign-in form so new agents can rehearse the steps, and it reports each attempt to the session instructor. Nothing typed here signs in to a live system, and you should keep your real credentials out of any page you did not reach through your agency.
